I am a residential real estate obsessed, architect, and designer in the Carmel and Pebble Beach area and I’m here to say Joe Parker provides a wealth of information about each property he previews in superb, succinct, and yet complete and enjoyable walking tours on video of each property. I’ve watched every video and I have enjoyed many of them several times over. I have a great fondness for the Montecito /Santa Barbara area and I do not believe there is a better depiction available to the public that so fully describes the beauty of the area. Absolutely love Joe Parker's real estate open house drive alongs. Filming in car and the homes is so well done! Bromi and Avi add to the show with all of their comments. The community updates and "get real" takes on the real estate market are stellar. I've flipped five houses in SLO county and their perspectives are right on. Bring it guys!!

Great job guys. My husband and I watch every Sat morning and more. We are learning so much more about Santa Barbara and real estate too. We live in Devore Heights and have been in the horse industry for many, many years and have made many trips to Santa Barbara, Santa Inez, Goleta, but you are opening up wonderful areas that we were never aware of.
