Sierra Court Apartments

Do Not be fooled!! I would look elsewhere!! I have family that has recently lived there. Carpets smell. Prepare to buy a carpet cleaner..No repairs get done to upwards of 9months or longer! The lights In kitchen and dining room have SPECIAL bulbs and they won't replace them even after a month of asking, they had to use a lamp on the kitchen counter .The dryer WALL vent is full, so DRYER HEAT flows into apartment then AC keeps coming on from the added heat and moisture. Everything feels damp. Not good for lungs. Requested to please have main pipe cleaned out that goes up and out of ceiling that fell on deaf ears. Dish washer never worked or drained correctly ( pipes are plugged) and was reported at MOVE IN and they said they knew and ( promised would be fixed or new put in)water pools ins

Worst apartments ever. Heater broke at the end of October 2022, turned in several maintenance requests via calls and online resident portal. It was not answered until early January, and they just replaced the thermostat. This obviously did not fix ANY of the heating issue, I just had a pretty useless thermostat sitting in the corner. They "resolved" the maintenance ticket online. I turned in another maintenance request for the same problem after they changed the thermostat. I moved out in February 2023 and until the day I moved, the heater was not fixed. Yes, I lived through cold winter without a working heater and had to buy my personal heater. DO NOT rent an apartment here or Sierra. Antigua. They run under the same company. P.s. it's been over 1 month since I moved out and I still have

If you like walking past the neighbors dogs that bark at you and lunge at the fence everytime you walk past to get to your apartment then this is the place for you. When we lived there they had a pet limit, but it was never enforced, which made life miserable for all the other tenants. Ed and Debi never cared anything about enforcing the two pet limit.

I've been living in this property for approximately two years, and have had such a pleasant time within the community. The neighbors are so sweet and I love my spacious apartment! I recommend living here!!!

I moved to Sierra Court a year ago from a horrible community with terrible management. It was a complete 180 with Shannon always responding to my calls and emails, and just overall being the most helpful person ever! I highly recommend living here!!!!!!!!!
