Today I am deciding to leave my first review on google. Unfortunately, it is due to strictly negative interactions. I listed a condo for sale in West Milwaukee FSBO. I was approached by a few realtors who were looking to list the property on my behalf. After declining these I was then approached by another, Mike Roth. I ended up explaining the situation I was in with the sale (I was fine with whatever happened first, signing a lease to rent the property or selling it). This agreement led to me ultimately listing the unit with the Roth team at Shorewest New Berlin. After taking listing photos, it was brought to my attention that I had to sign a 6-month contract (even though he approached me).
