The Sanctuary Apartments

Had a great experience touring The Sanctuary Apartments in New Berlin! Hunter, our leasing agent, was super attentive and helpful. He answered all our questions and made us feel really welcome. The community itself looks beautiful and well maintained, with amenities that truly stand out. Their movie room especially caught my eye. It looks like the perfect spot for a friends or family movie night! Definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting in the area.

I love living here. I love the community and I love the area. I love the wildlife we see in our backyard every day and taking walks around the pond…. And even though I don’t get to go to all of the events, I love the sense of community. 10/10 ⭐️

My husband and I toured the Sanctuary apartments six years ago and fell in love. Unfortunately, at that time, the move was unrealistic for us. Fast forward six years later when it was time to get a bigger apartment, and you better believe we toured again! We were so happy there was a unit available. The application process was also streamline and the property management group kept in contact with where we were in the process and additional information needed to verify my husband’s income. We moved about five months ago and love it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is always attentive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend this quiet, dog-friendly apt. community in New Berlin. We were so happy to be able to do a short term lease after we sold our home & were awaiting the completion of our condo. The apt. had just been remodeled so was in excellent condition. Private entrance, attached garage, & in-unit laundry was a plus. Friendly, helpful office staff & a maintenance crew that was always quick to respond.
