For the love of god.How do you choose a good realtor that actually knows what she's doing?I have never met a realtor who is so unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely arrogant than Damita Medina.We decided to go elsewhere to buy a house for she was absolutely pathetic and clueless in regards to homes and simple questions as to taxes,age of improvements etc She even had a child sitting in her vehicle for hours in the cold while showing us and another couple.That woman should not be in real estate

Please be aware as a buyer or seller of agent Abigail Jaqua. I am sure she is a nice girl, but as a home seller she made the already stressful process even more stressful. 1. Brought her buyers to a home that was out of their budget in the first place. We worked with them on price and wanted to help a young couple into their first home, but as time went on with inspection costs and more it was clear this was a house with outside of their budget. 2. She botched paperwork on multiple occasions leading to us having to sign multiple times due to wrong addresses and dates being written. 3. they waived the septic/tank inspection and then once it was realized it was needed for insurance she expected us to pay for both the tank pump and inspection(we had stated we would pump the tank prior to movi

Great agency but didn't care for a woman we spoke with named Dee.Very unprofessional and seems more for herself than answering normal questions.The homes she showed us she acted like shes never seen homes before.She seemed cluless as to how to show homes and answer normal questions. Last time my wife spoke to her she was very rude and told us to find another agent.We don't recommend Dee Medinna

Cathy Whitaker with KW was a godsend. She was spot-on with her upfront valuation and marketing strategy. When she finished staging the home, it looked better than it ever did.... it was tasteful, inviting, modern and appealed to the broad buyer-base for our home. The photos were professional and highlighted the best features of the house. Her listing produced tons of showings within the first few hours of going live. We received multiple offers and Cathy assisted tremendously with negotiations. Once our offer was signed, she kept everyone on task to insure a timely closing. I have worked in real estate for 18+ years and I will never have anyone other than Cathy represent me!

Review for Frankenberger: The homes renters and the owner had a good relationship until this realtor got involved. She complimented us with "You're the best tenants I've had." We had a introduction phone call and it should have gone well after that. The other tenant works a day on the weekend and I informed him that as long his request is followed then I just need 24 hour notice. He kept tryin to go around the renters and contact the out of state owner. He couldn't keep 3 appointments in a day, even though he was pushy on getting them to stay. This is during the pandemic too. In one day a combination of a few ghosted showing(s) and ghosted inspection(s), lead the owner to give us notice to leave. No fault of own.
