We lived at ShorePointe for 3 years and absolutely loved it! The building is very well maintained with new appliances and LOTS of space. The property manager, Tim, is great to work with and very responsive and maintenance, Steve, is wonderful as well if there are any issues. The location is perfect as it's near some restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. Highly recommended!!

My husband and our dog moved into ShorePointe Shippan in late July 2019. Since then we have truly enjoyed how spacious, well naturally lit and functional our fabulous new apartment is! The apartments are well maintained, brand new appliances and gloriously high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with views for days. My husband and I quite enjoy the views from the rooftop and working out in the building's well equipped and sparkling new gym. This place feels like a long term home for us as it is both calm and full of life. Neighbors seem super dog friendly and friendly in general. The closeness to the parks, beaches and proper ice cream shoppe do not hurt a bit either! Loving life in ShorePointe!

Loved my time at Shore Pointe! I was a resident for 1.5 years. Move in and out was seamless. The team is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Amazing location— close to downtown Stamford, walking distance to Cummings and West Beach. Beautiful building & rooftop. Definitely recommend living here.

an absolutely beautiful building. I moved in here in August and I am tremendously happy I did! It's quiet, clean, and spacious. Everything is well kept. Beautiful views of the city and docks/beach. Awesome deck and gym. I would recommend this to anyone.
