This property suck! It’s a horrible company, and the management is even worse! I’ve been putting in maintenance requests for weeks and no one has responded. My heating unit has went out 2 days ago, prior i had put in maintenance requests regarding my concerns and here it is the weekend and it’s cold with a cold front coming in and me and my child are without heat. And my rent has been paid. Marci stated that she would be calling me to inform me on what was going to be done but guess what she never called back and of course she’s gone for the day. They have no regard for people in these apartments. And lord forbid you get a section 8 voucher they will treat you like scum!! Timeline of Events October 12, 2024: I reported a severe bed bug infestation to the rental office after suffering from sleepless nights, itching, and constant bites. I requested immediate treatment due to the unbearable conditions. October 14, 2024: The first bed bug treatment was conducted. Despite my compliance with their preparation guidelines—cleaning, vacuuming, and washing items—the problem persisted, and I continued to experience bites. October 18, 2024: A second treatment was completed. However, the infestation showed no improvement, and I informed the rental office about the ongoing issue. October 22, 2024: I called the rental office to request expedited treatment, given the severity of the situation. They assured me they would follow up with pest control, but I never received

This has to be one of the worst place to live at when it comes to the living and parking, shooting and police presence everyday like we are in Iraq. This apartment lied and said they sent out a notice regarding the visitors parking which was a LIE they never sent out a notice about getting your car towed in the visitor parking if your tags are expired which the tags was only expired for less than 30 day DONT NOT LIVE HERE…

Beautiful community and apartment! My only complaint is the closet in master doesn’t have a light. The bathrooms are very large and for the most part the neighbor is quiet. Casey in the office is great and was very pleasant during the whole process.
