Wyndham Pointe Apartments

I lived in Wyndham for 4 years. Overall I liked the neighborhood and staff however I definitely experienced mold growth in the bathrooms which was never really addressed and there’s other reviews on here saying the same thing. My low rating is in regards to my security deposit which I also see other reviews saying the same thing 🧐 We moved out in August and had to wait the “45 days” for our security deposit back, when the 45 days hit they claim the check was mailed to my new address but the check never came. We were then told they couldn’t cut another check as we had to give the mail system 60 days for the check to possibly appear which never happened obviously when we literally moved across the street! Dear [Upper Management/Property Manager's I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my growing concern regarding a second incident involving damage to my vehicle while parked on the property of Wyndham Pointe Apartments. On Friday, August 1st, around 7:30 PM, my car was struck by a work truck that had parked in an area which, as far as I can tell, is not designated as a legal parking space—specifically, next to my handicap spot. Another resident witnessed the incident in which the work truck attempted to back out of the space and collided with my driver-side bumper and headlight. This impact caused substantial damage to my vehicle, and I now face the cost of replacing both the bumper and headlamp. According to the witness, the driver of the work truck was fully aware of

Just moved in and i have to say i feel at home. i love the fact that the schools are so close. my son walks to school with a group of other neighbor kids. and gets crossover by an officer cross guard, which makes me worry less. the office staff has been super nice. and the maintenance crew has been on top of my every need. if you have children i would recommend this place to you!

If you can avoid living here please do. These apartments are the worst. The rooms get mold and if you call the office they don’t help. I have kids that live with me and they get sick because of the mold. The parking spots sometimes have broken glass on the ground and they can ruin your tires. You can also hear everything outside from your apartment, even if you’re on the 3rd floor. A couple nights ago I was in my bedroom and I could hear so much noise from outside.

Nice community & apartment layout but not that secure. Group of kids stole all 4 of my tires from my truck, busted people's windows, & open cars to steal items. Management does nothing about it. The so-called club house that is supposed to be available for residents to use for special occasions is unavailable & only staff members can use it. There were several times when I would go to the leasing office & no one is there even though they were supposed to be open. They would randomly close the office to go to company functions or go somewhere. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. Good luck trying to change units. If you need to switch to a different because of something serious, they will stall you as long as possible & try to get you to pay market rate price, which is almost $300 more
