Townsquare at Dumfries Apartments

I would not recommend this apartment complex as long as Stephanie Best remains the property manager. During my time living here, my rent payments were repeatedly posted late by management, which led to me being wrongfully placed in eviction status. On one occasion, I paid my rent on time and had the staff member on duty sign and date my receipt. Stephanie was not even in the office that day, yet she later claimed the payment was made late and stated there was “nothing she could do” about it. When I contacted the property’s legal office, I was told they had been instructed not to speak with me. I ultimately had to file in court before the issue was suddenly “able to be fixed.” Later, in November, I was again threatened with eviction for allegedly not paying rent from August through November

We’ve recently had the pleasure of inquiring about a place here for my relative. The gentleman in the office Godwin, as well as the manager Stephanie, both delivered excellent service, communicated in a timely manner on multiple occasions, during this time. The leasing office at this property Is competent and has their stuff together.

These ppl are disgusting. I have been getting HARASSED and physically threatened by a person who lives on this property (whether on the lease or not). Police have been involved several times. These ppl do NOTHING at all. The person is extremely, disgustingly violent. Management has seen every piece of evidence. Yet they still take me for a joke. Me and my kids are innocent ESP my children. we don’t bother anyone at all and for some reason I’m being treated like I’m the problem. I’ll be extremely grateful when God bless me and my babies to be able to leave this place. The grounds are cursed. God’s wrath will make its way through in due time. There’s plenty of proof of them sweeping me under the rug in reference to my concerns. Plenty.

Do not recommend. Roaches, mold, extremely rude office staff, there’s been a few shootings, police are constantly being called and more. Zero.

This is an honest review. I’ve been living here since they started renting in 2021. Not sure what happened to the previous management, but the new management is nothing compared to the previous one. Kiersten was very professional and took everyone’s complaints seriously. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was okay. Now, the new management? Unprofessional. Mia is so rude, you’d think she’s not the “property manager”. I’ve been having issues with my upstairs neighbors ever since they moved in. The children are constantly running, stomping and screaming as if they’re at the playground. That can be very frustrating when you’re also home with a baby to cater to. I reported the noise to property manager and she simply said there’s nothing she can do and that is regular apartment n
