Shoreham Apartments

I’ve heard about this place from several people, and they all said the same thing it’s one of the only places around where they actually care about you. I took a tour and the place has real charm. Connie showed me around, and she’s hilarious. You can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the people who live here. This will be my new home in the near future!

I’ve been in shoreham now for a few months now love it here nice and clean but the only thing I don’t like is the bedrooms are little very small even the master room . Other than that love it and love my back view …and When my sis called me when I was staying at superior and told me I was approved and the day after I got my apt and monkeys day after that . Miss Connie is a great person she’ll give her shirt off her back if she could . My kids call her GMA cause these folks throw love Miss Connie , and another thing they have some pretty kitties up here strays lol . But for real if yall looking for a place to live call Miss Connie and I promise yall you will not be disappointed! And that’s another thing yall know tha lot of places ask for 3x rent well Miss Connie didn’t . But give Miss Conn

I have lived at Shoreham a couple months now, and I love it here! The New Management, Ms Connie, has cleaned it up a lot and she is still making changes. The grounds are kept nice looking and everyone I’ve met has been nice. I love the view I have of Lake Loretta, the sunset over it is beautiful! The apartments are spacious, and have been upgraded. If you’re Apt searching come take a look and see for yourself!

Let me tell you, I visited a friend there recently, she stayed at Shoreham apartments. Now I don't live there( in Albany), but if I did this is the apartment to go to. Seriously Mrs. Connie is wonderful!!! The maintenance guy. I think his name is Bill. Let's just say we need him in Macon!!!! They got so many activities going on over there. Movie night, dye t-shirt parties. If I move to Albany, I know the apartment complex I am going to go too. Shoreham apartment. Tim

Shoreham is a great place to call home!! Ms. Connie will make sure everyone is safe and secure! She enjoys making everyone smile!! She goes the extra mile many times over! Keep being the amazing person that you are Ms. Connie!!
