Owner Dale is not very consistent. Doesn't treat all tenants fairly. Let a few tenants switch apts. I asked in Sept to look at a 2 bdrm and was told there's a "pause" on tenants moving from 1 apt to another. Now in Jan he let's another tenant switch apt. If you're taking a shower and another tenant flushes or turns on H2O water pressure/temp fluctuates. After being a decent tenant for 2 yrs I've lost any respect for the owners.
Great place to live. Very quiet. Very clean. Beautiful landscaping. The best landlords ever, very hands on and answer all questions immediately. I am so thankful to have found The Shorehouse.
