Yeah my roommate and I just started renting with them 3 days ago and we’re already off to a terrible start. I have been trying to get our gas account set up since before we moved in and the address cannot be found under Enbridge’s system. When I let Elidys know this I was met with a very condescending email. I have been calling and emailing all day to try and get the meter number from the office or the maintenance man and no one, NO ONE is responding or even answering the phone. The office closes at 5 so I don’t know why no one is answering the phone. I’ll update if things get better but for right now one star until I can get in contact with someone to get my damn gas turned on!

Working with NEO and the team has been super easy! From the beginning they were helpful and supportive. I knew from the beginning I could ask them on any issue I had and it would be solved quickly. As someone starting my first business, it can be a lot! They made sure I had enough time to review the lease and now that I'm moved in I feel that I have the space and support to grow my business in a way that makes sense. So far so good!!

My move in experience was excellent. The team at NEO had prompt responses to my questions. As a new tenant, I found this to be very welcoming. The price for my unit is more than fair! I love the location and there is plenty of parking for clients to visit. So far I have received nothing but professional service!

I would still be living here if they didn’t force me to leave. They asked me and an elderly tenant to vacate so they could renovate but still had people living there when I moved. I was also charged over $2K in maintenance fees for a hole in the wall. Granted, the whole was an accident my kids caused. However, they never came to fix it and didn’t properly allocate my payments to separate my rent costs from the maintenance cost, causing me to look like I was always late on my rent. The apartment was nice and my neighbors were great, great area, great schools. But this company isn’t the greatest. Needs lots of improvement. I will say, I really liked the maintenance man Samuel. Working with NEO Reality Group has been helpful and welcoming. When I expressed interest in leasing an office with them, they responded in a timely, professional manner. NEO has been easy to work with, prioritizing addressing any concerns I had about the office space before moving in. I look forward to working with them moving forward.
