I lived here 9 years and it was horrible every step of the way. This place is infested with multiple species of cockroaches, there’s mold everywhere and they don’t know how to get rid of it, they do not clean the stairwells literally ever, and there’s a water leak somewhere in the building constantly, resulting in weekly water shut offs, and the continuation of black mold. The building manager is barely there, so some lady who cannot help you in any way with anything is the point of contact most days. The apartments come dirty with paint that melts off the walls at the first shower or pot of boiling water and then they charge you for it. Overall decent, building is a little outdated and elevators need updated but great location. Close to restaurants bars and the parks. Matt is the manager and he has been amazing!! When I had an issue with the AC he came to look at my AC unit himself right away! Does have nice amenities like a pool, gym and coffee machine. I have noticed a few roaches which is concerning but I’m hoping it’s an isolated incident. Overall satisfactory!

Do NOT move here. Massive roach infestation through all 7 floors. Management neglects it regardless of how many tenants request extermination. The problem has become so bad there are now roaches in the laundry room!!! DISGUSTING!!!! The place needs condemned. The hot water was just off for nearly a week during a winter weather advisory. Nothing like paying $1000+ monthly to shower in freezing cold water when it’s negative temperatures outside. Elevators constantly breakdown with people in them. Living here is complete hell. Save yourself and take your money elsewhere

The property is consistently raising prices for rent, but never seems to be completely working. Problems take too long to correct. The elevators spent months out of commission, there’s always at least one washer and/or drier that’s not working, and they shut off the water for maintenance on a semi regular basis. It makes me wonder where all my money is going. The apartment itself is great, but the management of the property is definitely sub par.

Don't lock yourself into a lease for a place you're going to hate. The run-down building has so many issues. The elevators have finally been fixed after 8 months. Every other week the water's shut off for repairs. It should be a crime to have no hot water in the coldest days of the year (0 degrees). I've heard of cockroaches going around and didn't believe it until I saw them in my unit. Only half of the washers/dryers ever work. You can't control the heat, so some units have heat while other don't (hopefully you get lucky). I can tell my "newly renovated unit" was rushed and half-assed. Outdated appliances, countertops, cabinets, floors, and carpet. The lobby looks like a cheap motel. The staircases always reek of smoke.
