Shore Acres Apartments

Shore acres has been fantastic. The staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating and friendly, and I really appreciate the events they plan. The unit itself has some age but any issues I’ve encountered were fixed quickly and without undue charge. The location is of course phenomenal as well (though wildlife is a factor one should consider so close to the woods, by which I mean bugs). I couldn’t ask for more

I cannot say enough good things about Shore Acres! I’ve lived here for the past year and it’s just a wonderful environment. It’s right on the Monon trail, so it’s easy access to walk into Broad Ripple Village. It’s exquisitely maintained by the stellar maintenance staff. They just did a series of renovations this past summer that has increased the quality of life here. The Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager are very friendly and approachable and look to solve any issues you may be having in a timely manner. The Residents here are so friendly and I’ve made some friends here which I didn’t expect!

My partner and I moved into Shore Acres a few months ago, it is our first apartment together as a couple, and we love it here. We’re so glad we picked a good place to start at and we plan on spending several years here. The apartments are fairly priced for the location-most places that are close to Broad Ripple are overpriced and Shore Acres is actually affordable for people who work in the area. Also the property management is fantastic! They were very quick and helpful with the application process and you can tell they really care about residents. It’s commonly known that dealing with property management is usually unbearable but at Shore Acres they actually care and want to help you out. Not only do they respond to requests quickly but they also schedule events for the complex in order

SHORE ACRES is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, period…first-class service and strong sense of community. AMAZING LOCATION- Monon Trail/ Marot Nature Preserve hiking trails border property, short walk to all Broad Ripple. Shore Acres is hands down the BEST overall!

Shore Acres Apartments has truly been my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for almost two years now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Maintenance is always prompt, friendly, and efficient, and the property managers are attentive and genuinely willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. The location is perfect; it’s an easy walk to Broad Ripple, and the Monon Trail is accessible directly behind the apartments, which has been a huge plus. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, and the community feels welcoming and supportive. I would highly recommend living at Shore Acres Apartments.
