My experience with shiprock was very straight forward and positive! They were very timely in helping me through property melds! They were relatively fair with our security deposit as well as being lgbtq and pet friendly! Would absolutely recommend shiprock management (especially over heirloom 😅). Shiprock please buy our landlords property from them lol! Edit: Carl the maintanance guy was awesome to work with!

I recently toured a townhouse managed by ShipRock Management, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The property was in excellent condition, clearly well cared for, and exactly as advertised. Jaron handled my viewing, and he was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He answered every question without hesitation and made the entire walkthrough smooth and efficient.

I am grateful for the prompt response repairing my shower after a recent City water main issue. The technician, Darrin, communicated well about what he thought was needed and followed up just like he said he would to get it done. Thank you!

Erwin was very friendly and pleasant. He was very helpful and fixed our door with a permanent solution. He asked if there was anything else to fix. Loved this! He also fixed our toilet that never flushed right and gave us a brand new toilet 🫶🏼
