Shiloh Glen Apartments

Staff is friendly and cares beyond average tenant/landlord relationship. I hadn't rented in 40yrs, and Lori gave me baby steps to complete the process and she handled the rest. A year later she greets me by name, answers any question I have (repeatedly if necessary), then asks how my kids, again by name, are doing along with my grandbebes. John is short for Johnny oh the Spot for any maintenance issues or questions I've had, always going above and beyond, quickly and efficiently. And seriously, is there anything this man cant fix?! Hes amazing! Love it here! Love my little apartment. Love my neighbors. Love the office and maintenance staff. All the stars. 10/10 recommend

Lori is amazing she returned all my calls and emails right away. when there was a problem with my application she let me know right away dropped what she was doing to get it fixed and got me approved with in minutes! Her attention to detail and being customer service oriented makes me very excited to move in come July. Thanks Lori for being awesome!

We are so blessed living here at Shilo Glen. I lived here back in 2010, and I’m so happy I can once again call it home! I just love Lori too! She has always been very kind and helpful and always made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! That goes a long way!

Lori has been amazing during the entire moving process. We lived in our last place about 10 years and she is already way better of a manager than our old one. The place is clean, maintenance takes care of things with no issues or arguments. It has been a fantastic experience.

We have been here at Shiloh Glen Apartments for seven years, the first manager they had was not so good. But I will tell you all, that the manager there now is really great. She goes above and beyond to help her tenets. I wouldn't choose another place to live in billings Montana other than the Shiloh Glen Apartments... The apartments are nice and so are the people that live there.
