Shift Apartments

Lived here for years. It wasn't too bad when we moved in but it just got worse and worse. The COCKROACH infestation was insane. They came and sprayed multiple times everytime giving us 24 hours notice of having to remove our pets and move all of our stuff out of the unit. I had to call into work multiple times just to get my stuff out last minute. They only ever sprayed behind the oven and dishwasher and thought that was a proper fix to a full blown german cockroach infestation. The place was renovated just terrible. The paint on everything is not water resistant so if you wipe any painted service down it just wipes the paint away with it. Making the unit impossible to clean without damaging it. My husband had to nail down parts of the carpet himself as they were never put down properly. A

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The repairs are not done professionally, and the office people are not only unprofessional and unhelpful, but they so rude and only when they don’t like something they threaten but when it’s something they have to take care of they want to charge it. I’ve had many pest issues that are CLEARLY from other units, and that’s never fixed. None of the doors seal correctly causing excel bill to be through the roof, and when I mentioned it they said they have to charge me to replace all the doors????????? As if the doors aren’t theirs????? Then they harass about the parking yet there’s cars that are actually abandoned and illegally parked on the property and have been there over a year. Wish I could give zero stars. ITS SO MISERABLE HERE DO NOT MOVE HEREEEEEEE

Horrible management and very sketchy on what they will throw on your bill last minute. They will also make false accusations just to be able to make more money. If you'd like my story read below, otherwise if you move in there be prepared for them to make stuff up and last minute put it on your bill so you don't recognize it until you later pull it up. Oh, and they let tenants climb the roof to clean the roof top's fire soot, leaves, branches, dirt because obviously they will not take action themselves. (BTW, they basically charged me for the soot that dropped down my deck from when the next door neighbor with the leaf blower caused the mess, that somebody claims was my dog's poop. In these apartments have very bad service and when you can you see them they say to you and have very good service and at they did things fast but when you sign a contract to live here and after a while you live here they start giving you bad service and when you go to the office they do not want to help you when they need to come a fix the things at are not working . The people who came and fix things they don’t have experience to do there job and you came tell that they are not in their normal self they seem at they are high because I have 1 month at my stove is not working and they don’t want to come and fix it.
