I lived at this apartment from July 2023 to July 2025, and I had a really great experience during my time there. The property manager, Bry was incredibly nice and always quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had. Communication was fast and professional, which made everything so much easier. I also want to give a shout-out to Eric, the maintenance guy. He was always super friendly and handled any maintenance issues very quickly and efficiently. It was such a relief knowing that if anything came up, it would be taken care of right away. The apartment itself was good, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to live.

Great management. I’ve been living in Sheridan Glen about 4 months. Maintenance guys are very attentive. Fixing problems very fast. Property manager Bry is just awesome. When i have questions she replies asap. Glean environment, friendly neighbors. Never had any issues with packages. Pretty safe place to live in.

Writing this only because I wish there had been a more recent review that I could have read before signing a lease here. It's long, but if you're considering moving here (especially if you have a fear of bugs/don't want to deal with cockroaches), I would read: The only thing I can truly speak to regarding this apartment is the cockroach problem that I experienced. Before signing a lease, I scoured every website mentioning Sheridan Glen to see if there was any mention of a pest problem. As someone with a severe phobia of insects, I did that with every single apartment I was considering. Unfortunately, the only reviews I saw mentioning pest issues (specifically for cockroaches) were many years ago, so I thought they had gotten the situation under control. The manager Bry and the maintenance staff are excellent. The building is quiet and always very clean! Maintenance responds to requests very quickly. Manager Bry always follows up with any questions as well as checks back with me to make sure whatever was requested was completed. I have never lived in a building that cares so deeply for its residents. My neighbors are very nice and pleasant. If you need a place to live in Edgewater and you are looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment, I would recommend moving here! This truly is not just a place to live, but feels like my home!

I lived here for a year and I experienced some of the craziest things. I had constant cockroaches, my apartment flooded, the heat went out for 5 days when it was -30 degrees outside, maintenance staff entered my apartment without informing me numerous times (even when I asked them to let me know beforehand), I had bed bugs and had a huge struggle attempting to get them to get them out of my apartment (I couldn't live there for over a month but received no rent discount), the water was always scalding hot and my floor (I lived on the second floor) was basically heated all year round. At once point I had literal dirt and sandy coming out of my sink so I couldn't drink the water. I had no control over the heat in my apartment so it was always around 80 degrees in there (my windows were open e
