Sheraton Apartments

I lived at the Sheraton Apartments for two years. I enjoyed my stay. I was eight minutes away from my job. My view was incredible on the eighth floor. My apartment was three steps away from the elevator and my view was incredible! The maintenance guys are very professional. I’ve only had to contact the once and that was because I wanted a new toilet seat. However, it was great for my aesthetic purposes. The apartment is vintage and It compliments the modern style. And Management is very good at what they do.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The management is not only rude but do not answer or help with any of your concerns. I had an ill women living next door who screamed & threatened people on the 3rd floor constantly. I brought it to Paula Simpson attention & instead of handling it, she cussed me out. My ac was out, never heard from maintenance. I had to move out from the conditions of this place

The laundromat is really gross. The machines need to have a clean cycle ran through. And that’s if you can’t find one that works. Literally 22 machines in here and 5 of them work! *check the video* The only thing this place has going for them is the location. And they know that so they are not going to upgrade them. Either the doors are off or they put tape over the card reader so you’ll have to wait some days.

Amazing views, Beautiful Location, adequate housing, quiet and secure! 1. Pros: There are so many good things I can say about my time here. living at the Sheraton has been primarily a pleasure. The building is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the location is perfect. Victor, the building manager has been a wonderful person to work with and the maintenance manger Jim has always been easy to get ahold of and addressed my issues immediately. I am so glad to have lived here and had the opportunity to relax in such a peaceful and lovely part of Birmingham. The reasons I am leaving are 2 parts practical and 1 part personal. , and I'll add a fair of amount of detail on the personal at the bottom so you don't have to sift through my irritated review. 2. Cons: the practical reasons are this:

I was given a tour by Jerry who was super helpful. He was honest with me when I asked questions and made me super enthusiastic to want to move in. Every member of the staff has been friendly and helpful. The price is great for an apartment that gives me a beautiful view of the sunrise, has extensive closet space, a great staff, and is located in a great neighborhood right next to a coffee shop. The business is locally owned and their staff have been here for a long time. This provides the much needed consistency that makes a place great to live in, unlike many corporate owned apartments that regularly change staff.
