This is the worst bunch of crooks I have ever been involved with. They have dropped the ball on a 750k deal over and over bringing a buyer to the table with no due dilagence and further not bothering to see if earnest money checks are any good. They then said they would make good and asked us to sing a release in order to collect the owed earnest money. The release was signed only to find out the check was still bad and no money was there. We are consulting with multiple legal entities now to prep law suits. Be very careful of these people and feel free to contact me to see for yourself.

We bought our house through Dee here at shell point realty and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to buy in the area. They listened to what we were looking for and found it within days!! The close on it couldn’t have been any smoother.
