The experience was amazing!! I had a bad experience about 2 years ago with a bank for a VA loan and was very anxious. Mrs Cynthia explained the whole process clearly and made it so much easier and a pleasant experience. Even with our anxiety and fear of obstacles, she had unlimited patience and worked amazingly even with the hurricane that came in the midst of everything.
