Just wanted to let the company know that you have one of the most wonderful people working there. Leanne is so helpful so kind and just works with you. I cannot wait to get an apartment there. She never got frustrated with me. I’ve keep checking with her to see if an apartment is available, she’s always so kind and so helpful She definitely is a keeper

Greys Place is amazing. Nice and fun loving community filled with different families and friends. Lemetria is our Property manager and she is awesome. My visit to crawfordville turned out to be my families new place of residence. She walked me through the application process and worked with me every step of the way until signing my lease. The community is very friendly and we stick together. Great place to live thus far. My view of my children’s favorite place 😍

My family and I have been at Greyes place coming up on a year. We love it here! Our apartment is very spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is in a great location and zoned for Crawfordville Elementary school. We’ve had a few property managers since living here, but Ms. Lametria has been the best so far! She truly goes above and beyond. Lametria is great with keeping us informed about any issues or announcements, she’s super responsive when you reach out to her and she always has a pleasant attitude. She truly does care for the residents.

Ms. Lemetria has been the best property manager that has been here, out of the 3 I've had experiences with! She is prompt with handling maintenance request, she is understanding and I have never seen the place so up kept! I do thank you for allowing someone that actually cares for the property to take charge and be so professional.

Ms.Lemetria, of all property managers dealt with at Greyes place is by far the best. Very kind, patient & quickly gets things addressed if someone has a concern. I’ve been at Greyes coming up on a year & the experience wouldn’t be as amazing without her. The constant updates on what is happening around the complex & the information always provided in advance is very tedious & appreciated. I, among others are very grateful to have her as our property manager.
