I just paid my third month's rent here and was told this property management has the money to take care of things on this property but from what I've seen so far I understand why this management company has a 2.3 Stars. Some of the way maintenance has to fix things around here is actually absolutely ridiculous to the point where it seems to be a do the minimum possible kind of property management but they have a brand new property down the street?? I can say a whole lot but these reviews don't allow you. The new office person Abby they have in their answering the phone that never answers the phone you would think she's the property manager and not Amy because she acts like she's running the show with a smart ass mouth every time you address her. Trash. Non responsive. Maintenance department do quick fixes instead of actually fixing the problem. I’ve called several time to only Sarah Petersons voice mail about a main entry door that’s should require a key fob that’s been broken since before I got there. Now when I petition to put my rent in escrow will see how slot they are to respond.

Save yourself the TROUBLE. DO NOT rent from this property management company. They own many apartment complexes and hide behind other names.

This company is ridiculous! Don't move to their property unless you want charged for things that were not done prior to you moving in. They raised the rents and want to charge you when you move out for all new replacements items that are not new.

Build cheap buildings with no regard to residents that will be paying an arm and leg to live at their properties. Corporate office is childish and don’t take care of their employees. Do not follow policies that they themselves lay out.
