DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM‼️THEY ARE TERRIBLE. When I first applied for this company they showed me an already rented apartment. Then they decided to give me what is leftover which was not as nice as the other apartment that was promised. This apartment was just done super fast so that way they can have a tenant move in and collect your money. I had a 4yr old and we needed somewhere to stay ASAP. They do not answer your calls on purpose during business hours. The ladies in the office are TERRIBLY RUDE‼️ They take 2-3 weeks on maintenance request! I’ve had a complete stranger try to BREAK IN my home and they decided to wait to fix my lock because staff was out when I noticed it was broken when I got home from work at 4:30. I had to threaten them with a police report to get them to come fix

The management seems nice, I've lived here with my mother/siblings for 6 years now, just moved out. There's alot of downsides, but it's what you get for paying <700. We were only renting about $650 for 3 bedroom, 2 bath. I don't particularly like how blatantly dirty the hallways are, usually about every other day I find dog shit or cat piss in the hall. I've heard a plethora of rumors from our neighbors of mold and pest problems. Recently in another apartment downstairs that my cousin is renting out, we discovered a HUGE ant infestation, just horrible. Absolutely everywhere in her pipes and whatnot. But, we got maintanence to fix it...took about a month or so of calling them to get it to the point of being bareable. My sibling renting below us also had a mold issue, same for us on the top

My son is a new UNOH student and we had to get an apartment for him. We didn't want to make the 8 hour (each way) trip to do so , so we took a chance. Lisa and Chris in the office were VERY helpful. We were able to do everything via email except the actual signing of the lease. We arrived at the apartment for the first time after we got into town for the move in. It is a $600/month apartment and that's what we got. No frills, some minor things like a dented fridge and the counter tops were a bit beat up but it is fine! Good size, good location and good neighbors. We were completely satisfied. A special thanks to Lisa and Chris who answered my many questions in a friendly and prompt manner.

Terrible renting experience, I still have a letter they sent me with crazy fees and charges after moving out👎🏼 they do their tenants wrong!! Water is always messed up, the power surges and goes out all the time🤦🏼‍♂️ and to top it all off, after going a few days without water or power due to complex issues because of super old equipment they still use, they still demand the rent be paid in full every month when we would go days without water per month✅ month after month!! Be carful who you rent from go check the YouTube videos about Shawnee properties before you rent from them!! Lima slum lords at its finest👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

this place is criminally bad. here’s a list of everything me and my mom experienced when we lived in the 8th st apts from 2016-2017. 1) my mom broke her leg because they didn’t do proper snow/ice removal in the parking lot. the property manager told my mom she’d evict us if she made a formal complaint. 2) there was a bed bug infestation when we moved in. we called maintenance and they said “it’s a tick.” no. furthest thing from a tick. when my mom called the office to ask for a pest expert to come our apt the property manager literally told us “it’s just bed bugs. at least you don’t have roaches.” WHAT?! we ended up bombing our apt 4x before we could safely stay there. 3) property manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. on multiple occasions she called both my mom and i fat (we can s
