Poor grasp of basic concepts. No confidence he could lead our deal to completion and protect my interests. I would look for another realtor that listens and understands your needs / wants / goals in a property acquisition.

Shawn is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond to list and sell our property. When all was said and done our property sold within 2 hours of listing and our closing went off with out a hitch. He knew exactly what the listing price would be and already had the clientele awaiting the listing. He is great to work with and an extremely knowledgeable professional. We would certainly do business with him again and highly recommend him for your real estate needs Michael and Melissa Hoskins
