I lived here for a year and it was an amazing experience! The staff is extremely accommodating and take care of everything in a timely and professional manner. One of the best places I’ve ever lived hands down.

Best place I’ve ever lived in Chester County. Sharples is unique, charming and the location is perfect! You’re walking distance from West Chester but still away from the noisy/bustling parts of town. This place is not a cookie cutter apartment. If you’re thinking about moving here you will be in great hands because all of the staff are incredible. Nancy helped me pick out my unit. Amy, the property manager is responsive and communicative of any upcoming work for the property. Your maintenance and cleaning crews take great care of this place and help you with your requests in a timely manner. I know I’ve made some great memories here.

Amy and her team are awesome to work with. They are always prompt in communication and truly care about their residents. If you are looking for a place to live in West Chester I highly recommend taking a look at Sharples Works!

I lived at Sharples Works for 7 years, and it was by far my favorite complex - and that's coming from someone who has moved a bunch! The floorplans are all unique, some of them including exposed brick and wooden beams. The apartments are beautifully renovated, and the grounds are well-maintained. I loved the courtyards and the dog park for my pup! There are two covered parking garages, as well as additional parking, which is so convenient for living in the Borough. The location is amazing. Everything in the Borough is within walking distance. There are beautiful parks close by, and an Acme and Giant pretty close as well. The complex/area is safe and well-lit at night. Sharples is extremely dog-friendly. My dog couldn't pass the leasing office without stopping for a treat from the propert

We lived in Sharples for two years and loved it. The lease staff is outstanding, super friendly, and genuinely cares about their residents (looking at you, Amy and Nancy). The maintenance guys are awesome and respond to service requests in hours (shout out to Dave and Dan!). And the location, the grounds...it's just an awesome place to live. Quiet, too. We loved it, and it was bittersweet leaving. Grateful to Sharples for taking care of us and setting a standard when it comes to renting experiences. Thank you!
