Shannon Park

This property is under new management and I am very disappointed. New management is working on the property and I will receive rude emails demanding that cars be moved or they will be towed. If you are out of town for the weekend, you will come back to your car being gone. Another factor for the low score is that the management did not honor an agreement that was made by the old management to refund money for an insurance change that should not have happened. Today I came home and landscaping had enter my gated yard space without any notice and cut a tree down. The debris from the tree is now in my parking space and I can not utilize it. So far, I find the new management rude and disrespectful and they easily disregard the people that live in this community.

Shannon Park is definitely a wonderful place to live. The property manager is very professional and helpful. The maintenance is outstanding. It is a very peaceful and beautiful place to live.

I'm so pleased I moved to Shannon Park apartments! The manager, Carli, has been cheerful and professional. The maintenance man, David, went beyond expectations in helping me with a couple of minor issues with my apartment. The laundry room has older machines but they work fine. The complex is older, but that's part of it's charm. The mature landscape, the proximity to the Rillito,(great dog walking and cycling), and the large courtyards all make this a great place to live.

Do not live here! New manager is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She keeps on talking over you and basically will blame you for any problem that your apartment has. The apartments are also not move in ready as my apartment has gaping holes in all the sliding doors letting in outside air, the dishwasher never worked, my oven never worked. The A/C had to get replaced twice, the heater did not work and my yard faucet leaked and as a solution they just closed it all together. The electricity has gone out in my apartment numerous times and I had to basically fix everything myself. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. I would give 0 stars if I could.
