Shady Oak Apartments

FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE These apartments are operated by the Management Company "Wolf & Kline", but they refuse to manage the property. In my lease agreement, I have 2 parking spots. For months, my neighbors have parked in my parking spots, and W&K refuses to do anything about it. Over the past 48 hours (since a TOW WARNING) was issued to all residents, 6 different vehicles have been parked in my spot and W&K refuses to do anything about it. Kris W is who I'm speaking with, wow what an inept "property manager". He told me that I needed to talk to the neighbors and resolve it myself. What a JOKE. How about instead, you do your JOB and MANAGE the PROPERTY, and hold other residents accountable for the LEASE AGREEMENTS THAT THEY SIGNED.

This is hands down the best house I’ve ever lived in. Never seen floor plans like this one anywhere. Also, it lies in Mount Joy which is one the safest places in all of Pennsylvania. Maintenance and staff are always at service anytime you’re in need. I would live here any day again given the opportunity of getting a job closer to it. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you for making it so joyful throughout!!

I’m a current resident who has lived in Shady Oak (Mount Joy) for almost 7 years. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are meticulously maintained. Property management is very professional and responsive. The few times that maintenance issues needed to be addressed were responded to and resolved very quickly. The full-time maintenance man (who also lives on the grounds) is very competent and friendly. I have recommended Shady Oak Apartments to family and friends without reservation. Those that have become tenants have not been disappointed. Did I mention my neighbors are awesome? What’s not to love about this place. 😊 Thank you Brandon and Jeff and the rest of the Shady Oak family.

My wife and I lived at Shady Oak apartments for 7 years, and thought it was wonderful. We moved out because we were buying our first house. The apartment itself was very spacious, and had lots of natural light. The structure and appliances seemed to be efficient, as our utility bills were quite reasonable. And the gentleman in charge of maintenance was wonderful-prompt, helpful, and incredibly friendly. Our neighbors were all friendly, and the neighborhood area as a whole was peaceful and full of nice people. The location was incredibly convenient to our jobs near Harrisburg and Columbia, as well as easy access to shopping in Lancaster or adventures into the city. I would highly recommend these apartments.

We loved our time at our Shady Oak apartment and highly recommend! The staff was great with communication and answering our questions. Maintenance was quick to respond to items when needed. We were highly impressed by the upkeep of the grass, mulch, etc. In the winter time, sidewalks were cleared and salted in a timely manner. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to live!
