Lived here for 2 years with my 2 kids and was a great place to live. Diana is very friendly and super great to work with. The maintenance team is awesome and quick to fix any problems that arise. Felt safe for my kids, we loved fishing at the pond and going to the swimming pool a lot.

I was a resident of Florin Hill for 2 1/2 years living in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was an awesome experience! First, the apartment and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are paths and sidewalks to stroll or walk your dog which I will miss. In winter, snow removal was prompt. Then, the amenities: gym, pool, and picnic area were clean, beautiful, and well maintained. There is also a great room to rent for larger gatherings, which is beautifully decorated, but I did not use it. They have community events that I participated in like Food-truck Friday, community yard sale, and Easter egg hunt. The community is quiet and friendly. I never had a noise problem and I lived near the busy round about. Lastly Florin Hill staff are awesome. Diana was great to work with- friendly, easily

I lived at Florin Hill Apartments for 5 wonderful years, and even though it’s been a year since I moved, I still think so fondly of my time there. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the grounds are always impeccably maintained. The peaceful pond and the dog-friendly neighborhood made it a perfect place for me and my dogs to enjoy daily walks. The management team, especially Diana, was exceptional—so professional, kind, sweet, and incredibly accommodating. She truly cares about the residents and always made me feel at home. And the maintenance team, Ernie and Ozzie, were absolutely top-notch. They were friendly, reliable, and skilled—always quick to respond and get the job done right. We rented here for 5 years before buying our house and loved every minute of it! It was bittersweet for us to leave, as this was a wonderful place to live. This community is very well managed and taken care of. Whenever we made a maintenance request, we quickly got a response. We can’t say enough great things about the staff here. Diana is very responsive with all residents needs. Ernie and Ozzie have gone above and beyond to help us with maintenance needs over the years. The neighbors are just as warm and friendly as the staff. We will never forget last year when our cat went missing. All of the neighbors and staff banded together to help us find her, to which they succeeded! I lived at Florin Hill for the last two years and it was a great experience. Diana and the maintenance crew are very friendly and always helpful. Kathleen was not very nice or personable (as other people have said in their reviews), but she is no longer there. It is a very nice neighborhood and everyone was always so friendly. I had a dog there and my roommate and I still got our security deposit back, despite what some others say. Our apartment had some normal wear and tear after two years but we had no issues moving out. As long as you keep your place clean and take care of things, you should be fine. I had to move out due to personal circumstances, but I would strongly consider moving back there in the future!
