Kathy was knowledgeable and resourceful in both selling our previous home and buying our new home. When selling our home, Kathy made showings easy for us. She made sure our dog was cared for during showings when we were at work. Kathy helped us explore all options of buying a new home. We looked at both building and buying in our preferred area. Kathy arranged appointments with builders and handled all the footwork for us. When the time came to make an offer and submit the perfect letter Kathy helped put the finishing touches on that too. Ultimately we found the perfect home for us.

Great experience working with Kathy to find our home.Kathy is super responsive, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were looking to downsize and as we kept refining our requirements Kathy was extremely flexible in identifying places for us. Kathy always went the extra mile for us doing live video tours for us, at a moment's notice ,any day of the week. Kathy was very responsive and easy to work with. She's honest about how to tackle offers and the negotiating table when something comes up in the home inspection. She helped us find our new home in this hectic market and it was great to have her on our side of the table. She was able to hardball the selling agent and get us the full asking amount for our seller's assist (in this market!!!). I've worked with a few realtors in the past, on either side of the table, and Kathy is a breath of fresh air in her straightforward attitude that's genuinely interested in your best interest. Meanwhile those other realtors were phony or pretentious. I would highly recommend her and would certainly work with her again!
