Shadowbrook Apartments

I submitted a request for a toilet repair around midnight. The toilet in my apt was screeching/whistling loudly after flushing. The repair was completed before I got home from work the next day. No more neighbor complaints—I shouldn’t have waited so long to contact maintenance. Awesome job, Shadowbrook!

This is a great property. The Maintenance staff is always really helpful and quick. And management is great. Always covers all my questions usually before I even ask them. It actually really feels like all of the staff actually likes there job. I highly recommend.

My wife and I moved into Shadowbrook June of 2022, and it's been such a great place to live! More below: -Alicia helped us out with all the prerequisites and getting our lease in order beforehand. She was incredibly patient and communicative with us, and really went the extra mile (like getting us some extra photos and measurements of the unit so we could prep our furniture) to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. -Al, our maintenance man and caretaker of Shadowbrook, is one of the kindest and most genuine people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He's always saying "hi," keeping the place friendly and neighborly, and works tirelessly to keep the place in tip top shape. Sedona is such a beautiful place to live, and Shadowbrook Apartments really makes that experience possible. The thing that gets me the most about living here is just how safe the area is. Coming from living in a big city, it's so nice to have the peace of mind that our belongings, cars, plants, and such are all safe. Al is not only wonderfully helpful at fixing anything that goes wrong (and in a timely manner), but keeps the place lively and safe! He's very friendly and a real asset to living here. We have wonderful neighbors too, and it's nice that everyone is very respectful of quiet hours. It's a very nice place to live since it really has a quiet town community vibe to it. Wonderful place to live. Shadowbrook is a quite and clean community. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. I have been living at shadowbrook for a year and a half and It has been a great experience. Paul and Lori, the property managers, keep the place in tip top shape. Many upgrades have been made to the apartments and property. The pool and spa are always clean and dialed. The location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and trail heads.
