Shadow Creek Apartments

I have lived here for the past 5 years. When I first moved here everything was great. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with caring neighbors. This area has completely changed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Management has changed and they don’t care about tenets. Additionally, there are no cameras on the property. All 4 of my tires were stolen and left of cinder blocks. I didn’t feel safe and broke my lease to move expeditiously. This area is going downhill.

This place is great! I've been living here since March and have no complaints. Yeah the rent is a little high but it isn't the highest in the area. The complex is quiet and safe and the apartments themselves are very spacious with lots of closet space. They recently put in new mailboxes which is a plus. The office staff are awesome! and the maintenance crew takes care of any problems pretty quickly. If you're looking for a spot in the area, you should definitely choose Shadow Creek.

I moved in about two months ago, and still enjoy it here. Yes the rent is a little high but anything cheaper is either dirty, has an infection problem or not really a safe area I looked at a lot of places. The office ladies are great and very helpful. They have one maintenance man, he is very nice and always busy. It might take them a few days for small things that need to be fixed, but not for important things. My a/c unit didn’t work like it should I let the manager know, she called someone out and they said it needed to be replaced. Within two days they had replaced the entire thing. The only negative thing I could say whoever does the painting could have done a better Job on the trim. It is very quiet here, it is clean, safe area.

Staff is very sweet while enrolling and maintenance guys are actually awesome. (fast to complete work orders and very professional) Example: My washer was only down for about 6 hours before they got it fixed which is amazing for a complex this size. However, after one month of living here my new truck had all four tires and wheels stolen. They left it on blocks, and it was parked directly in the line of sight of 3 buildings. This all happened 3 days before rent was due. I called the office and mentioned the event, and was informed the maintenance guy called it in. Then they proceeded to ask me "were my wheels financed? maybe they were repossessed." After I explained the truck was fully stock, and I was now concerned about location, I was told "it's never happened before!" A day later

Great place guys! Good pricing for everything that comes with your apartment. Every unit has a washer and dryer in it. The units have been remodeled ,and I went to look at them they are beautiful. There is a pool, game room, lounging room, business room, and so much more. The lady who showed me the place did great she answered all possible questions I had for her and she was smiling the whole time. I can say I felt welcomed when I arrived. So if your looking for a good apparent or town house I advise going to see the ladies at Shadow Creek Appartments.
