Ashford Place

Very bad experience with Ashford Apartments. After I moved out, they did not return my security deposit and no one responds or gives a clear explanation. This is very unprofessional and unfair to tenants. I trusted this place and followed all the rules, but they kept my money without reason. I would not recommend renting here. Please be careful before signing a lease with this place.

My Time living in Ashford place was amazing. My apartment was beautiful upscale great appliances but let’s talk about the office. Bridgett is amazing. During our time living at Ashford, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We have dealt with ongoing pest control issues that have not been resolved despite multiple treatments, and the roach problem has persisted for months with no real improvement. Finding roaches throughout the apartment, including in our bed, has been distressing and has significantly impacted our comfort, sleep, and overall quality of life. In addition, maintenance has entered our unit without proper notice or leaving documentation as stated in the lease, which made us feel uncomfortable in our own home. Bridgette went above and beyond in helping us get our daughter’s apartment secured. She was so friendly and welcoming. She took her time in explaining everything to us and was so patient. She gave us the peace of mind we needed in securing a safe and beautiful home for our daughter.

Overall, my experience at the community has been great so far. The grounds are generally well maintained, and I truly appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. However, I’ve noticed that the third-floor areas seem to receive a bit less attention compared to the lower levels. The stairway leading up to my apartment often has built-up debris and spider webs. I took it upon myself to sweep the stairs once, but I believe this should fall under the building’s regular maintenance since it’s a common area. Additionally, I’ve observed recurring issues with the trash area. On several occasions—despite having only lived here for a few weeks—I’ve gone to dispose of my trash only to find bags and boxes piled up next to the compactor.
