Camellia Apartments

This apartment complex is the worst complex I have ever lived at. The manager has no idea what she is doing and is really lazy. She never takes care of what she says she will and is rarely in the office. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance guys Mike and Steve, they take care of this place when nobody else does and I just heard that both of them dont work here anymore and thats a shame because they are the only reason I stayed for as long as I did .. management will lie and say this place is nice and a great place to live (DO NOT BELIEVE THEM) you will lose Money and gain anxiety and turmoil

A lot of the reviews are pretty old, but currently, this is a very bad neighborhood, a lot of the neighbors play extremely loud music all throughout the day and night, the walls are very very thin, and there is a lot of loud yelling throughout the evening also. The music that plays is absolutely disgusting, it's mainly loud aggressive violent music.. so this is not a place for children to be raised at all. Definitely looking to move out, and am just leaving this review to advise everyone to think twice before moving into these apartments. It isn't peaceful, and management doesn't enforce any of the rules. The people here seem to invite company over that is also very suspect.. Once there were about four people outside in the parking lot shooting up heroine, in their vehicles, and left

Trying to resolve debt that I apparently owe, it's supposedly been transferred to a collection agency, but they won't tell me which one, and it isn't showing up on my credit report. Either way, theyre making it extremely difficult for me to get a new apartment. The apartment manager is ignoring my calls on purpose and being extremely rude when I'm asking for information. When I moved in, it took them 4 months to fix my kitchen sink. Then tiles started falling off the bathtub wall...This took 6+ months for them to fix. My a.c. went out more than once, and I had to bring in my own air service professional because I went 2 weeks without a.c. in the middle of the summer. The quality of these apartments is low...like these people are saying...you get what you pay for. I let my friends sublease

Apparently the landlord isn't aware that people visit these apartments to see people they know who live here and therefore are allowed to make their own opinion on it. Just because someone doesn't directly rent from you doesn't mean they aren't aware of the state of these apartments, which is subpar. People are constantly arguing outside yelling at odd hours over their own domestic disputes. There's thick paint over the vents and old, gross, peeling caulk in the showers, and at the bottom of the toilet. I would never rent here for the price they want.

The outside of these apartments are "okay" could be cleaner. But the inside is cute with nice size rooms but some units need to be remodeled because the wood floors are scratched up and the appliances need to be updated Very small kitchen. Living room nice size not too big but not too small
