I stopped in to inquire about their rentals and Kristin was delightful! She took the time to answer all of my questions and I could tell she really wanted to help me. If you want someone to answer your questions and actually talk to you about your needs while trying to find a home to rent - this is the place! They also answer their phones! They are professional AND very friendly. I have recently contacted several different rental agencies and Kristin at Seymour Homes Realty is the VERY BEST. Also, going to look at rental homes is easy here. You get to actually speak to a member of the team in person and they tell you about the property and hand you a key. The Seymour team manages a large property for me and I cannot thank them enough. I own other properties, which are out of the area, so unfortunately they are managed by other property managers and I WISH they could be under Seymour's management. If you are on the hunt for a PM, I hope you really give these folks a chance, as I mentioned I have experience with several others and Seymour provides services well beyond any other I've found. They are thorough and diligent, their fees and practices are very fair and, on a personal note, they are a sheer pleasure to work with. For previous reviews on this thread. The previous owner Linda, which has the majority of unfavorable reviews, is no longer there. The new owner Laura is extremely generous and humble. She works with you very well and creates an easy, stress-free environment. We leased from her for 3 years and had a great experience. Always got our work orders in quickly and made sure things were in good order. If you take care of the property and clean appropriately upon move out, you will get your deposits back with no hassle. By far the best realty/rental agency I've worked with and being the in the military I've moved around quite a bit. It's been a pleasure leasing with them. If I get orders here again, I will be using them if able to.

Seymour home was completely unprofessional with how they managed my property. After taking it on as a property manager I had to constantly call them for updates (which there were usually none). I’m fearful of the level of communication with my prospective tenants. After 3 weeks I decided to terminate my relationship with them and work with a more proactive property manager.

We loveddd renting from Seymour Homes! We are going to miss them. They were professional and always so friendly! If we ever had an issue, they would quickly take care of it. Never had any issues with them. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent!
