Reserve at Bradbury Place

I’ve been a resident for 3 years now, and it has gotten progressively worse. The people that are now occupying some of these apartments have no regards for other residents. Extremely loud at all times of the day and night, rude people, and the worst part is some people leave their trash in the corridors sometimes for weeks at a time. Not just cardboard boxes, but actual garbage with rotten food that produces disgusting odors and fluids that emerge from the bags. I understand that not everyone is going to play by the rules, but if no one enforced the rules then it incites free will to do as anyone pleases. Which is not what I pay a good amount of money every month.

Overall great experience. Within a few days of walking into the main office asking for an apartment, I was signing the lease and moving in. Office staff are friendly and great to talk with. They were more than happy to show me an available apartment to see if that fit my needs. The amenities (pool, movie theater, etc.) and the property in general are all well maintained thanks to the maintenance folks. Process was very easy; looking forward to my stay at the Reserve at Bradbury Place!

I recently visited my son and the smell of weed could be smelled throughout his apartment the entire duration of my stay. My son does not engage in any substances so the smell was coming from an outside source. I know people are allowed to do whatever they want with their lives however it is so strong to the point where I couldn't enjoy my visit and had to cut the visit short. In addition to this his upstairs neighbors were also extremely noisy, and inconsiderate of the fact that they have downstairs neighbors even at the later hours of the night. He's talked to them about it before but it clearly had no effect. I hate to leave a nasty review but the next step would be talking to management about said problems however he feels that'd be an "overreaction" and is "to be expected when living

I'm improving my review, because things are getting better. When I moved here in 2018, I would have rated this place 5 stars. It was clean, well-kept, well-maintained, with the friendliest staff and maintenance crew you could find. The property changed owners a few times in the years following that, and some unpleasant individuals moved in with no respect for their neighbors or the peace and quiet of a normal bed time. The regular power-washing of the buildings and other external upkeep also happened less frequently. The only redeeming aspect at the time were the staff and maintenance crew, who as always, were first class. My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed living here so far! The management team is very warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Kriz always greets me at the office with a smile! We haven’t had any major issues in our apartment but if we did have a service request maintenance was quick to address and resolve our issues. They also do a great job at maintaining landscaping and the grounds are well kept. They’ve already pressure washed the community twice since we’ve moved in which looks awesome. We are very happy we chose to live here and have had an overall positive experience!
