We purchased our home with Taylor Forest. We were very pleased with the whole process and how quickly we were able to close on our home. While closing on our home we did have a few hiccups with Taylor and I was not pleased with her not communicating with me as she would in the beginning. I also had ongoing issues with my home that was supposed to be fixed prior to us closing on our home and wasn't. I reached out to her via email/text and she did respond back to me but at that point she told me she couldn't do anything for us. It is very aggravating how we purchased a home and she got her paycheck from us but when something wasn't completed on her end we are left to fend for ourselves.
