As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how helpful and responsive the property management team was throughout the whole process. It can be kind of difficult stepping out on your own for the first time but the girls at Flagship answered all my questions quickly, made everything easy to understand, and helped me feel confident about choosing a place to call home. I’m so grateful for this company and their staff!! Great experience overall!

I have used flagship property Management group for my New Bern, NC property for over a year. I was not happy with my former property Management group and called them in a panic as I needed help and someone I could trust to manage the property. They help me in a crisis situation and have continued to manage the property in a very professional and timely manner. I went through my first tax season with their documents and it was absolutely so much easier than my previous experience. My experience with Flagship Realty has been great. Sherri Lane is who I have worked with and hands down she is the best.
