Sevilla Place Apartments

Recently moved into these beautiful apartments and wouldn't have it any other way.. Savannah and Haleigh have been the best. Savannah hasn't let me down with any of my questions she has answered quickly. I appreciate that more than I could ever express. I love the how maintained the complex is in general that shows how much they care about where they work and want their tenants to live in a clean environment. Thank You

The office staff is very nice professional, and goes out of their way for you. Its quiet, safe, clean.

I recently came and toured with Savannah the Assistant Manager, and she was so helpful and kind! The apartments are also beautiful and well priced for the area! Highly recommend based on my interaction with Savannah and the beautiful floor plans and updates!

We have lived at Sevilla Place for over 3 years. Recently the ownership/property management has changed hands and the improvements in all areas have been very noticeable. The complex is now clean and well maintained. The common areas have been redone in a style more in keeping with the ambience of the complex as a whole. The gym is clean and well provisioned with equipment. The pool area is super clean and comfortable. Under previous management maintenance was haphazard at best. Now filter changes and pest control occur on a regular basis. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very personable and easy to work with. They are all continually doing both big and little things to improve the appearance and the comfort of living here. Where this place originally was about a 6 or 7

We love the apartment community. The staff is very fast to respond and they always have something nice going on for the residents. We have enjoyed how nice and clean it is kept and the availability for our use. Maintenance answered our request just as quick as we got it in. The managers, Haley and Andrea are the absolute best! We love the location and highly recommend!
