The Cottages at Foley Farms

I’ve been here for a full year now and moved in when the property was just opening and still being built. I have to say, unequivocally, the staff has been the best of any place I’ve rented in the past 15 years or so (across the country) on all metrics. Michael and the office staff are always so helpful and prompt with everything. From the freak snowstorm we had last winter, to small, everyday issues (rarely experiencing many), the maintenance staff responds within literally minutes of submitting a maintenance request. The maintenance crew is absolutely the best of any property I’ve ever seen- I can only say great things about them both. I’ve never had an open request that wasn’t resolved within (usually) the hour. The cottages themselves are very nice and very reasonable in terms of rent.

My experience so far has exceeded my expectations … everyone in the office has made me feel very welcome … beautiful cottages and grounds, amenities, etc. This place feels like peaceful little paradise. Highly recommend :)

Karli, is the best of the best. She is very helpful and answered all of my questions. This property is well kept and I'm a fantastic location. If I could give Karli and this place more than 5 stars I would!

Great place to live! From the initial welcoming to the move-in and maintenance. The Cottages at Foley Farms have a great team lead by Michael, Karli and Tim….We love the way they “Follow-Up” on any issues we bring to them, their patience and customer service is Outstanding! Looking forward to living here and enjoying our new amenities.

Incredible atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The staff and property is incredible. Neighbors an amenities are perfect. I cant say enough about how much my wife and I love living here!!
