We truly love living here! The front office management is amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They do a wonderful job of making this feel like a real community by hosting family-friendly events throughout the year, which we genuinely enjoy. Any time we’ve needed maintenance, issues are handled quickly and efficiently. They keep the property very well maintained. It’s clear they care about their residents, and that makes a big difference. We’re very happy to call this place home!

My husband and I moved here from Washington State almost 2 years ago. Our experience has been amazing and we are thankful that we found such a wonderful community to live in. They offer several amenities including a large pool, pest control, law care and even a pet washing station. The neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors are friendly. The office and maintenance staff are fabulous and respond quickly to any issues that may arise. My husband I also enjoy the monthly events they plan for all of the residents. I would give more stars if I could - Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful place to call “HOME”, South Pointe homes have exceeded my expectations! Beautifully designed and maintained community, quiet, close to everything needed. The green space is amazing with mature trees and thoughtful landscaping. My home feels like MY HOME….very welcoming and friendly. The office staff Miss Paula & Miss Becky, as well as the maintenance team, are AWESOME! They are truly caring and committed to our community and make it a pleasant place to live! I LOVE it here, and you will too! 💕💕💕

I lived at South Pointe in one of their two bedroom apartments. First day and for the next year they made us all feel very welcomed. Enjoyed staying there. No ruckus ever. The staff was always helpful, and the maintenance would come out right away no matter how small the issue. Thanks a lot! I recommend this place.

We would like to take a moment to share our wonderful experience with South Pointe Homes. From the moment we met Paula and Becky, we knew this was going to be our place to reside until we were ready to buy or build. They made everything so easy to get moved in by working around our schedules. Paula and Becky both have gone above and beyond making sure we felt at home in the community by getting us set up and logged into all the amenities, and making sure we were invited and included in all the activities they plan so well. The maintenance crew is second to none, within hours of anything that might arise, they are here in a flash to get it handled. We couldn’t ask for anything more than we get at South Pointe.
