Rent at your own risk. Walls are paper thin, so thin you can hear your neighbors TV and if you have ignorant neighbors (like I had) good luck. Overpriced like every other complex but very outdated. Maintenance can’t even seem to fix a smoke detector going off constantly. I could go on but you get where I’m going. Look else where.

Steve did a great job! He found the problem was not the flange or wax ring, but a build up of Lyme and minerals and fecal matter that was high up under the toilet rim, that I could not se unless I got down on the floor and looked up. It was black, and my usual cleaning with toilet brush was not effective to remove it. He recommended Lysol Clinging gel, and instructed me how to use it. He also removed a temporary bidet ( I no longer need) that may have been preventing a proper cleaning of the under rim. I bought the Lysol, and followed his instructions and It worked! I am usually very pleased, with the maintenance crew at Severgn.

I want to commend Steve in a "job well done". He took care of my safety issue within hours of my request. He wad courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He is a definite asset to the Sevetgn team.

. My fire alarm was malfunctioning. It was driving me crazy after a long day at work. I put in a request but it was so annoying I drove up to the office to report it. A maintenance man was there within a half hour and replaced it in about 10 minutes. OUTSTANDING! Service.

Repairs were completed within 24hrs of my maintenence request. Steve is really good at fixing things correctly the first time.
