Serenity Apartments

I lived here until 2/2024 and I Would not recommend this place. There’s always vacancy here for a reason. Management does not manage she sends her maintenance guy to do everything. She’s never on site never met her. Also if Mike doesn’t like you he will complain about you and she will try to evict you for every little thing without properly investigating. There is nothing peaceful about living there when you have to walk on eggshells. The nerve of the rent price increase it’s an old motel that was converted into apartments let’s be real. The least they could do is provide quality service and they can’t even do that. If you are going to pay rent, rent a house or another apartment community that will not disturb your peace of mind.

The only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy! He goes above and beyond he's paying grade and even does the office work! The management/manager there isn't even there physically and non physically. No one's EVER in office and you can NOT communicate with management in any kind of way. No phone calls, no emails, never even seen her in person! THE ONLY PHONE CALL I've ever received from her she yelled ate repeatedly over and over. Didn't even consider talking to me as a human being I don't understand how she even has a job considering she doesn't even do paper work there or show her presence. VERY VERY VERY much do not recommended this place! Also, the midges/blind mosquitoes there are unbearable you can NOT even breathe and they infest into your apartment s and they won't do a

Worst place I’ve ever lived. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The new management team has proven to have many tricks up their sleeve. No repairs, no improvements. They upgraded the parking lot with new paint but we still can’t get hot water in the laundry-room , the hole in my wall hasn’t been fixed, still didn’t get new handles on my refrigerator as a whole. But they’ve made a great increase in my rent. Guess I’m paying for the new view. There is nothing that could be done to resolve any of this. I’ve had enough of this place. I left a 2 star review that has been reduced to one star because I have freedom of speech and that is how I feel about this apartment and the management. There’s no balcony no porch. We have been living here at serenity 2 years and it has been very good. We were always treated with love and respect and felt very safe. We would of never left if it wasn't for personal reasons. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to live happy and safe.

I have been a resident since October 2014. I absolutely love the site and the management. Making Serenity a "Home" is up to the individual. I have lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with Jack and Jill baths and now a 1 bedroom. Every apartment complex has it's Rules and regulations or it would not or could not be managed properly. It's NOT a Senior apartment nor 55 plus. It's individuals and families. One thing I've learned over these years is "We all need to be respectful to management and each other"!!
