Serene at Northside

the irresponsibility of this place is baffling. move in date we moved in to an incomplete, unchecked, NOT EVEN CLEANED apartment bc of irresponsible management (which has now changed three times in only 4 months of living here). the flooring was not done which they “put in a call for a week prior” and somehow just didn’t happen. now we’ve dealt with a messed up A/C, haven’t been able to even use our dishwasher because it’s disgusting and not connected properly, and now there’s leaks in THREE different rooms in our apartment to which are getting worse every single day. this is safety hazards to not only me but my three year old AND 2 WEEK OLD BABY. the one maintenance man on this entire property has come and looked at it multiple times and we are STILL dealing with these things with no fixe

My move-in experience at Serene at North was incredibly smooth. Tina was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process—she made everything simple and stress-free. The community is welcoming, the area is peaceful and well-kept, and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. I truly appreciate Tina’s professionalism and kindness. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend Serene at North to anyone looking for a beautiful, serene place to live.

Shame on you ! People could have lost theirs lives today. How dare you take money to be provided a safe space for people to live while not having a proper functioning fire systems. Thank God for an angel protecting our families today. She alerted everyone of the fire. Poor lady I can only imagine the fear as she try her hardest to do the job a proper fire systems would have done. Athens Government shut them down!! Our loved ones deserve for someone to protect their rights of a safe environment. How about the managers hiding away in the time of need. Hmmm ,the worst of humans right there.

This apartment complex has so many issues never fixing anything or finishing what they were supposed to finish fixing. I am now sitting at my apartment Burning up because they decided to replace the AC but never connected and nobody’s in the leasing office because they’re gone. There is no emergency number to call and they charge all this money for what and then amenities for what? What amenities do we have in this apartment, also why am I paying a convenience fee when you don’t accept checks or money orders so you’re forcing us to pay online and we have to pay a fee for that scam .

The management is horrible, the lady never answer the phone, always leave earlier than she suppose to, and add a fee of $250 if you don’t pay on the first, it’s so hard talking to her because she don’t know anything or either never in the office, it’s just so frustrating, the apartments are okay but we paying high rent and can’t get any help on questions or concerns we have.
