Sepulveda Court

I moved into this complex in August and found extreme amounts of mold in my air conditioner in October after feeling extremely sick. My face is cracked and peeling all the time due to the mold spores, even after not running the A/C. I have been sick with a cough for months. The mold has discolored my brand new furniture. It is December and no one has fixed anything or will even respond to my emails, phone calls, or texts. The most that has been done is a technician come in weeks ago, and he wouldn't even touch it because it is 'too dangerous'....... I swear that years of my life have been shaved off from living in these conditions :/

I have been living in a studio apartment for the past year. Absolutely no complaints! My unit was updated with new flooring, kitchen, and bathroom... and AIR CONDITIONING (although I don't know if that's the case for every unit, it was a great bonus). No issues with other tenants. Everyone is very respectful and keeps to themselves. The grounds of the property are kept clean and tidy. Violet, the property manager, is an absolute delight. Helpful, responsive, and - above all - kind! Can't say I've experienced that with most other property managers. And while I will be moving out, primarily to be closer to work, I will dearly miss my unit here and it's ability to offer the most important thing an apartment can offer... to live without headache or concern.

I have been living at a studio apartment in Sepulveda Court for close to 2 years, the studio is great but recently have been looking for something a bit bigger with more space but didn't want to leave the complex, I talked with the building manager (Violet) and as soon as a one bedroom became available she let me know and I was able to apply and move into the apartment. Violet made this move very easy and pleasant, she is one of the main reasons I did not want to leave this complex, I have lived in many places throughout LA for 25 years and she is by far the best building manager I have ever dealt with. She always gets back to you right away and makes sure any issues are addressed and dealt with very quickly. Very glad to still be able to live in this complex.

I am moving out at the end of the month, but will touch on the duration of my stay. From the get-go, Sepulveda Courts has been an amazing place to stay. It's safe, neighbors are friendly, close to all the necessary stores (Vons, CVS, starbucks, food etc.) and the landlord/manager, Violet, is on top of things all the time. The times I did need maintenance requests, Violet was prompt in getting the correct person to come and fix whatever needed to be fixed. She's very open and friendly as well, which are qualities you want to see from any manager! I would recommend if you're looking to stay in that area.

I have lived at this complex for 3 years while attending school and it has become a special place in my life. Since day 1 the manager Violet has been such a pleasant help. She is such a professional, greatly attentive and takes such pride in how she maintains the property. If you have any problem, she responds right away and makes sure things are done right. The units are the best priced compared to anything you can find in the area. The complex is quiet and has a lovely little oasis area with a pool and BBQ where I read daily. I loved that it has a laundry room on site and is was walking distance from Starbucks, Vons, Ross, and fast food places. I will miss my walk in closet and living here dearly and highly recommend this place to anyone looking.
