Taylor Lawrence of Sentry Management is now our condo's Property Manager and she is so much better than anyone we have dealt with previously. She is responsive, caring, and gets things done; which are qualities you rarely see in a property manager but should. We are very pleased with her and hope we always have her.

We are pleased to welcome Kirsten K. as our new Community Association Manager for Evergreen Fields Condominiums. Kirsten has already shown strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of our condo community. Her professionalism and dedication are deeply appreciated, and she is a valued asset to both Sentry Management and our association!

We have been working with Marika as our community manager, and she has been wonderful. She is always prompt to respond and effective with solutions. I’ve worked with Kirsten on several claims filed by associations she manages. I appreciate all the information she compiles in the initial filing of the claim and how easy she is to reach over the phone, as it facilitates me inspecting losses as soon as possible. Once the adjustment is complete, she’s careful to follow up with any questions and coordinate with her unit-owners and their contractors.

Our Home Owners association has worked with Marika at Sentry Management full time for almost six months and are so happy to have her working with our team! She is proactive on tasks and keeps our Board up to date as things develop or get completed. She also helps us work within the larger Sentry Management which also reduces the amount of time we spend on HOA tasks. We really appreciate Marika and are grateful for her help!!
