We've had our industrial condo association managed by Sentry for about 6 years. They have done an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. Very detailed monthly statements, and very responsive to any issues. They really take a personal interest in our property. HIGHLY recommend them.

As president of our homeowners association at Cohas Station and resident for 15 years, my relationship with Sentry Management has been a positive experience. They go above and beyond to maintain a positive living environment. All of the people involved are great to work with. Accounting and legal issues, as well as every day building and maintenance issues are taken care of on a timely basis. "Not my Job" This company does not know how to communicate with the people they take fees from every month. Despite telling us they will use emails, they don't. There is no off hours number to call. For example, when I first moved in the opening of the pool was indicated via an email and/or a notice on the door to the pool. Not in years have we received notice. Numerous email requests to [email protected] go unanswered. Signage in the development is incorrect, safety hazards are not addressed. East Coast Outdoors is who they contract to for plowing and landscaping. We now have clover for grass where there is grass at all, mowing is done haphazardly, and they have no regard for following the rules of living here (Saturday mowing at 8 AM when quite hours are until 9 A

Sentry Management and our Business Condominium Association have enjoyed a very strong working relationship for the past 15 years. We have three buildings with 22 separate units, which means 22 separate owners- all with various needs, wants and criteria that need to be satisfied. As the current President of this Association I can tell you that I've enjoyed my relationship with every single person that I have interacted with over there at SM. They have served in their capacity with 'alacrity', which means 'joyful promptitude'. Our wish has always been their command and they're just plain nice about how they treat us. They have been a good buffer for us in dealing with contractors and have worked with us through some very large and extensive capital improvements that we couldn't have take

Justin Cavanaugh always goes above and beyond for us! We work with Sentry management often and we always receive professional, friendly customer service. They do whatever it takes to get us what we need FAST! Highly recommend!
