Senior Living Facility

This was genuinely the worst job I have ever had. I worked as a server within one of the various restaurants on campus. Me and my coworkers were treated horribly and paid minimum wage for doing the job of multiple people. We are not allowed to accept tips nor socialize with other coworkers whilst on the clock. The residents are awful and incredibly rude with only a handful of them being tolerable. Do not work here.

I own EiriniCares LLC, an In Home Health Care Services provider company, and we have have/had clients in numerous senior living buildings, including Brooksby Village Residence. We have/had clients in all their buildings, including their continuing care nursing home. As all facilities since Covid, they too have been facing the chalenges of finding good healthcare staff, that is why many of their residents out source with companies like EiriniCares LLC. So this review is for the independent living part of Brooksby Village. It is a nice place to live. It was one of the best places to live in as a senior back in the day. The management has been trying to update everything to todays standards, so a lot of construction has been going on the last few years. The units do have nice layouts a

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! They just robbed my Aunt for all her belongings didn’t notify family and sold her apartment! My Aunt was blind and can’t sign anything! She just passed 2 days ago and we went to get an outfit for burial and were informed her apartment ( she’s been paying for) had been sold and everything was gone! Since it’s a holiday weekend no one’s there until Tuesday and we’re out of state! Now we’ve been forced to have to take legal action! She always said it wasn’t right there! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE unless you have a legal reprieve or family that can come EVERY day you trust, in place, to make sure your wishes are met and Brooksby is not in charger of the finances. DO NOT AUTOPAY!!

I was born and raised in Massachusetts. Before I retired from Jenny Craig I had noticed Brooksby Village. I just recently contacted them for some information since I am leaving Florida soon. I gave all my information and still haven’t received anything. Not impressed. I heard there is more in Danvers which I look into.

taken care of my parents very well for 8 years now, the rehab isnt the best but their employees are very kind and professional to their residents and guests.
