Jayden Apartments

We moved to the Jayden in the summer of 2025. Though it’s always easy to leave a good review soon after moving in, the true test is how an apartment community handles ice and snow. For the Jayden here in Peabody, the answer is beyond top notch! Sidewalks,stairs, and pathways were perpetually cleared, salted, and sanded through our recent mega storm. The team in the office—Zuhalley and Denira—are genuinely friendly and super responsive. Sid and Freddie in maintenance are as well, and they have wonderful follow-up to ensure that everything is okay. No one phones it in, it’s so refreshing to have an office team and maintenance team who really want everything to be perfect for their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in February 2025 and at first everything was fine — until new management took over. Since then, it’s been a mess. I was promised a “free month” (split as two half-month credits) in April and July, clearly stated in my lease. In April, it wasn’t applied because I had overpaid in March. I was told it would instead be applied in July and August. In July, while I was out of the country, they charged me full rent anyway. When I returned, they apologized and had me sign another agreement. August was finally credited — but in September, I was charged full rent again. I had to sign yet another agreement to get the remaining credit in October. They charged me in full again and didn’t apply the credit until October 30th. I moved into Jaden Apartments on October 1st, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Denira and Zuhaeley. They have been incredible from day one so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their communication is amazing, and they made my entire move-in process so simple and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or concern, they addressed it right away. They’re both so approachable and truly go above and beyond for residents. I also want to highlight Freddie, the maintenance technician. He is such a hard worker and someone you can always count on. Anytime something needs attention, he’s quick, reliable, and always gets the job done right. Overall, the team here is outstanding, and they’ve made my transition into Jaden Apartments feel so smooth. I’m really grateful for all of them. - A

I have been here with my husband almost a year. They have all these luxuries but my husband was sitting in the front waiting for me to come down the staff, especially the young male looks at you like your in their hotel. Made me feel so uncomfortable to pay all this money and feel like this. There needs to be something done about people running on the floor over you all night. I also never seen so many people that tattle take on every little thing. There’s a lot of problems in this building but, these people are out their window watching everything. Don’t move here. There’s so many beautiful apartments that charge way less and don’t treat you like you’re in their hotel. Owner do something about staff on power trips

Honestly, I came here from a previous apartment where I was very comfortable and loved the management, so I was nervous about moving because of that. But I have to say, I’ve been pleasantly surprised since living here. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the common areas are stunning. I love how peaceful the neighborhood is; going out for a walk is such a pleasure. Denira and Zu are truly gems in the management team. I really appreciate that they organize activities for residents. Last month they hosted a Fall Donuts and Apple Cider event, which was the first time I’ve seen something like that in an apartment building.
