14 North

I've been living at 14 north for 1 year and I've had some requests for repair in my apartment. Every time Arthur was here he not only saw what was requested but also observed things that were broken or needed repair and I myself had not noticed. Super attentive and extremely professional, he helped me request the necessary repairs and little by little my apartment is getting in perfect condition due to him and the 14 north team.

Arthur from maintenance is wonderful! He fixes things up so quickly, and always goes the extra mile! He gave advice and offered to fix anything else we might need. He is seriously a great reflection of the company! (He had a QR code but it did not work for me for some reason)

THIS Place has gone down HILL and it went down fast! The trash compactor doesn’t work… the mold is consistently always growing.. the basketball court hasn’t been open for over a year, because of the rim they won’t replace! The rat infestation over all of the buildings are getting out of control! Black diamond makes the problems worse! Irmarie does absolutely NOTHING to make this place thrive. This place fell apart! IT was an awesome community.

Arthur consistently goes above and beyond whenever we have a maintenance request. Each time I submit a request, he's here on the same day or calls to check in on non-emergency issues. For emergencies, he always arrives promptly. His dedication to fixing issues in our apartment is remarkable, and is matched by his kindness; my six year old son considers Arthur one of his buddies. Every time my son is outside riding his bike or playing, he eagerly anticipates seeing Arthur, who brightens his day by asking about school or complimenting his new helmet.

I liked the place but , the staff is rude, the trash man every week, I feel embarrassed of bringing guests because it’s always like this for apartments that cost over 24 00 that are “luxury” this is ridiculous. Drive by any Sunday and you’ll see the trash
